Never Fail Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 14 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Place sugar unbeaten egg whites cream of tartar and water in top of double boiler
- With eggbeater whip briskly while cooking mixture over vigorously boiling water but do not touch top of upper pan
- Whip until stiffly beaten
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
