Never Fail Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 c powdered sugar
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 18 tsp salt
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Gradually stir sugar into cream cheese
2. Add salt and vanilla Melt chocolate in double boiler cool slightly and stir into cheese mixture
3. Add nuts
4. Press into well-greased shallow pan or roll into a log shape
5. Chill until firm cut when set
