Never Fail Icing

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients in top of double boiler
- In bottom have water boiling
- Beat with egg beater constantly for 7 minutes
- Remove from heat and spread on cake
