Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 c flour
  • 14 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 34 c Crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 12 c water

Directions

  1. Mix flour sugar and salt together
  2. Cut in Crisco
  3. Blend egg vinegar and water
  4. Add to dry mixture
  5. Makes 2 large 2 crust pies or 5 single crusts
  6. Any crusts not needed may be frozen and used later
