Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 1 12 c shortening
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 5 Tbsp cold water

Directions

1. Combine flour baking powder and salt
2. Cut in shortening Make a well in dry ingredients and add egg vinegar and cold water
3. Prepare as for any pie crust
