Never Fail Pie Crusts

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 c shortening
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp vinegar
Directions
- Combine flour and salt in bowl
- Cut in shortening until crumbly
- Stir egg mixed with vinegar and 5 tablespoons cold water into flour mixture
- Divide into 4 portions
- Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator
