Never Know ItS Low-Fat Cake

Ingredients

• 1 German chocolate cake mix
• 3 Egg Beaters
• 12 c applesauce
• low-fat sweetened condensed milk 1 can
• caramel ice cream topping 1 jar
• 12 c Grape-Nuts cereal
• lite Cool Whip

Directions

1. Prepare German chocolate cake mix as directed on package substituting Egg Beaters and applesauce for eggs and oil
2. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with low-fat cooking spray as directed
3. Pour condensed milk over hot cake in pan
4. Let cool Spread caramel topping
5. Sprinkle Grape-Nuts
6. Top with Cool Whip Refrigerate several hours or overnight
7. Delicious and guilt-free
