New Fruit Salad Ambrosia

Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry wild raspberry gelatin
- 1 12 oz carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 13 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 c shredded coconut
- 1 10 oz carton whipped topping
Directions
- Mix the gelatin with the cottage cheese
- Add the pineapple marshmallows and shredded coconut
- Add the whipped topping and mix well
- Refrigerate overnight before serving
