New YearS Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c cream
- 14 c margarine
- 14 c water
- 34 c milk
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c raisins
- 3 12 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water add warmed milk margarine and cream
- Add salt and beaten eggs then flour and floured raisins
- Let rise 30 minutes to 1 hour and fry in hot fat Drop by tablespoons in hot fat
- Drain on paper towels and glaze after they have cooled
- Makes 5 dozen
