New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 14 c melted butter
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • crushed graham crackers

Directions

  1. Blend Ricotta and cream cheese blend in sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time add vanilla lemon juice cornstarch flour and butter
  3. Fold in sour cream and blend well
  4. Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan crush graham crackers and spread in bottom and edges of pan
  5. Pour mixture into pan
  6. Place a pan with water directly until cake pan
  7. Place in a cold oven then cook for 1 hour at 325
  8. Turn off oven and leave door closed for 2 to 3 hours and refrigerate overnight
