Ingredients

• 1 stick margarine softened
• 1 c flour
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• 3 c milk
• 2 small pkg chocolate instant pudding
• 8 oz chocolate Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix butter flour and pecans until combined pat in oblong baking dish 9 x 13-inch or close
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 Let cool
3. Mix with beater the cream cheese sugar and Cool Whip spread over cooled crust
4. Whip together the milk and pudding spread on cream cheese mixture
5. Spread small container of chocolate Cool Whip over pudding mixture
6. Refrigerate 2 hours then serve
