No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
- Strawberries for garnish
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Blend in sour cream and vanillaFold in cool whip and spoon into crust
- Chill at least 4 hours
- Garnish with strawberries
