No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c Hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c butter or margarine softened
- 2 c frozen nondairy whipped topping thawed
- 8-inch 6 oz packaged graham cracker crumb crust
Directions
- In small micro-proof bowl melt chocolate chips on High full power 1 to 1 12 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred
- Set aside to cool
- In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese sugar and butter until smooth
- On low speed blend in melted chocolate
- Fold in whipped topping until blended
- Spoon into crust
- Cover chill until firm
