No-Bake Oaties

Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 12 c light brown sugar packed
- 12 c orange juice
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 2 c quick cooking rolled oats
- 12 c chopped nuts
- flaked coconut
Directions
- Melt butter or margarine and stir in sugar
- Add juice and rind
- Heat stirring until sugar dissolves
- Stir in the oats and nuts
- Chill mixture for an hour
- Shape into balls
- Roll balls in coconut flakes
- Makes about 30
