No-Fat Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c grated carrots
- 3 egg whites or 2 14 tsp egg replacer mixed in 14 c water
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch nonstick pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
