No-Knead-No-Fault Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 7 12 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp dry yeast 2 pkg
  • 3 12 to 4 c warm water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp salt

Directions

  1. Place the whole wheat flour in a large mixing bowl and set in the oven at the lowest temperature for 20 minutes
  2. While the flour is warming dissolve the yeast in 1 cup warm water
  3. Add the honey to the mixture and set it aside
  4. Then dissolve the molasses in 1 cup water
  5. Set aside while the flour is being warmed
  6. This short time period will give the yeast mixture time to work before you combine it with flour
