No-Knead Bran Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 12 c instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • 2 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 12 c warm water
  • 14 c sugar
  • 2 c All-Bran or Bran Buds
  • 1 egg
  • 13 c oleo softened

Directions

  1. Stir together flour dry milk and salt
  2. Combine yeast sugar warm water and cereal in large mixing bowl let stand 2 minutes Add egg oleo and 1 cup flour
  3. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes Gradually add flour to remaining mixture by hand to stiffen sticky dough
  4. Let rise until double in size about 1 hour
  5. Stir down spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 375 for 40 minutes
