No-Knead Bran Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 12 c instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 1 12 c warm water
- 14 c sugar
- 2 c All-Bran or Bran Buds
- 1 egg
- 13 c oleo softened
Directions
- Stir together flour dry milk and salt
- Combine yeast sugar warm water and cereal in large mixing bowl let stand 2 minutes Add egg oleo and 1 cup flour
- Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes Gradually add flour to remaining mixture by hand to stiffen sticky dough
- Let rise until double in size about 1 hour
- Stir down spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 375 for 40 minutes
