No-Peek Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef cut into cubes
- 1 envelope from a 24 oz pkg onion soup mix
- 1 c ginger ale
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place in a 2-quart baking dish and cook covered for 2 hours at 325
- Serve over rice or noodles
