No Bake Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
• 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
• 13 c sugar
• 1 c sour cream
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions

1. Beat cheese until smooth gradually beat in sugar
2. Blend in sour cream and vanilla
3. Fold in Cool Whip blending well
4. Spoon onto crust
5. Chill until set at least 4 hours
6. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired
