No Bake Chocolate CookiesAka Mississippi Mud Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 13 c cocoa
- 12 c milk
- 12 c margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c quick oatmeal
- 12 c peanut butter
- 12 c flaked coconut or 12 c raisins optional
Directions
- Put sugar cocoa milk and margarine in a saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Stir well and boil 1 minute
- Turn off heat and add vanilla
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper
- Allow to set
- Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies
