No Brown Meatballs

Ingredients
- 3 lb ground chuck
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 potato grated
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 qt ginger ale
- 1 regular size bottle catsup
Directions
- Bring to a boil ginger ale and catsup
- Pack and roll meat mixture into firm balls
- Add to boiling mixture
- Cook about 3 hours
- Chill and remove fat from top reheat
- This makes a good dish to freeze or prepare ahead
- Serve with noodles or pasta
