No Egg Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 34 c sugar
- 12 c cocoa or less
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 23 c oil
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c strong coffee may use instant
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift flour sugar cocoa salt and baking soda
- Add buttermilk and oil
- Stir well
- Stir coffee hot into batter
- Mixture is soupy
- Bake in a greased and floured pan 9 x 13-inch for 35 to 40 minutes
- Puncture baked cake all over with a fork
- Cover with chocolate fudge frosting
