No Fail Meringue For Pies

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 12 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Beat egg whites and cold water until stiff
- Add sugar baking powder and salt Beat again until stiff
- Cover pie filling piling high in the center and sealing over filling to edge of pie crust
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes until delicately browned
