Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp cold water
  • 12 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites and cold water until stiff
  2. Add sugar baking powder and salt Beat again until stiff
  3. Cover pie filling piling high in the center and sealing over filling to edge of pie crust
  4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes until delicately browned
