No Fail Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 12 to 4 12 c flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 1 pkg quick acting yeast
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Stir yeast salt and sugar into flour
- Heat milk until hot to touch
- Add milk and oil to dry ingredients beating until well blended for about 5 minutes
- Then with a spoon add as much flour as needed
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth Place into a greased or oiled bowl and cover with a towel
- Let rise until double
- Punch down and turn out onto a floured surface Roll out cut with a biscuit cutter
- Put into oiled pan and let rise until double
- Cook at 400 until brown
