No Fat-No Cholesterol-No Trouble Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. peeled and chopped apples
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. apple pie spice or cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and place in pie plate sprayed with vegetable spray.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serve with low-fat whipped topping.
