No Fat-No Cholesterol-No Trouble Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice or cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in pie plate sprayed with vegetable spray.
  2. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  3. Serve with low-fat whipped topping.
