No Knead Hot Rolls

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening
• 1 c boiling water
• 34 c sugar
• 1 cake yeast
• 1 c cold water
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp salt
• 5 or 6 c flour

Directions

1. Cream shortening sugar salt and eggs
2. Add boiling water and let cool
3. Add yeast dissolved in cold water
4. Add flour
5. Let rise and then make into rolls
6. Let rise again and bake until brown in a 400 oven
