No Knead Refrigerator Rolls
Ingredients
- 12 c warm water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 c milk scalded
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 3 12 c plain flour
- 1 egg
Directions
- Add yeast to warm water let rest for 10 minutes
- Mix scalded milk butter sugar and salt
- Stir until dissolved
- Cool to 85 Beat 1 egg and add to yeast mixture
- Add to milk mixture
- Beat in half of flour sifted
- Beat 2 minutes
- Add remaining flour and mix the dough until it blisters
- Place in greased bowl cover place in refrigerator
- To bake form into two loaves
- Let rise for 1 hour before baking
