No Peek Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb stewing beef cut in 1-inch squares
- 12 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz can whole mushrooms drained
- 14 c red wine
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a 2-quart casserole
- Cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours
- Do not peek until it is done
- Serve over noodles or rice
- Serves 4 to 6
