No Peek Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• pinch of cream of tartar
• 1 pkg chocolate chips
• 34 c sugar
• 12 tsp vanilla
• food color optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 for 30 minutes
2. Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar
3. Slowly add sugar and vanilla
4. When stiff fold in chocolate chips
5. Drop by 12 teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheet
6. Put all cookies in oven at the same time
7. Close the door and turn off the oven
8. Leave cookies in oven 8 hours or overnight
