No Peek Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- food color optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 for 30 minutes
- Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar
- Slowly add sugar and vanilla
- When stiff fold in chocolate chips
- Drop by 12 teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheet
- Put all cookies in oven at the same time
- Close the door and turn off the oven
- Leave cookies in oven 8 hours or overnight
