Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 2 lrg onions sliced
  • 5 carrots cut in chunks
  • 4 potatoes cut in chunks
  • 3 stalks celery cut in 12-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp instant Tapioca
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 12 C tomato juice

Directions

  1. Put raw meat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan
  2. Place raw vegetables on top of meat
  3. Combine salt sugar tapioca and pepper sprinkle evenly over veggies
  4. Pour juice evenly over top Cover with heavy duty foil and crimp edges to seal tightly
  5. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours and Dont Peek
