No Salt Bread

Ingredients
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1 12 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp soft shortening
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 c flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- Add shortening sugar and 1 12 cups flour
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
- Gradually add by hand rest of flour
- Makes a soft batter
- Let rise about 30 minutes
- Punch down
- Beat 25 strokes
- Knead lightly
- Spread in greased pan let rise again
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour
- Makes 1 loaf
