None Such Mincemeat Prize Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 c unsifted flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 pkg None Such mincemeat crumbled

Directions

1. Cream together until fluffy the shortening and sugar
2. Add eggs beat
3. until smooth
4. Stir together the flour soda and salt Add to first mixture
5. Stir crumbled mincemeat into dough
6. Drop onto greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart by rounded teaspoonfuls Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 until lightly browned
7. Makes about 6 12 dozen
