Ingredients

• 3 14 c sifted flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 c shortening
• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs well beaten
• 1 9 oz pkg None Such mincemeat

Directions

1. Sift together flour salt and baking soda Cream shortening add sugar gradually
2. Cream smooth
3. Add mincemeat broken into small pieces
4. Add flour and mix well
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet
6. Bake at 400 for about 12 minutes
