Noodle-Pineapple Kugel
Ingredients
- 14 lb margarine
- 1 4 oz pkg cream cheese
- 12 c sugar with 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz broad noodles
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- corn flake crumbs
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 23 c shortening
- 13 to 12 c milk
- 6 medium cooking apples peeled and cored about 5 oz each
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 14 tsp ground cinnamon
