Noodle-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 2 c water
- 34 oz angel hair spaghetti broken into 1 12 inch pieces
- 1 c long grain rice uncooked
- 34 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1 10 12 oz can French onion soup undiluted
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
Directions
- Melt butter in large skillet
- Add spaghetti cook until golden brown stirring constantly
- Remove from heat
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
