Noodles Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg wide egg noodles
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 14 c cream
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Drain well and return to the pan
- Add remaining ingredients tossing lightly to coat the noodles
- Good with veal and poultry
- Serves 4
