Noodles Mexicana
Ingredients
- 1 can Vegeburger
- 34 c diced green pepper
- 34 c diced onion
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves diced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 8 oz pkg thin noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 17 oz can cream-style corn
- 12 c sliced black olives
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz can stewed tomatoes Mexican style
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp paprika
Directions
- In large skillet brown burger onion pepper and garlic in oil
- Stir in salt corn olives tomatoes and sauce cheese and paprika
- Cook noodles as directed drain
- Combine noodle and burger mixture pour into 2 12-quart casserole
- Cover bake at 350 for 30 minutes
