Noodles Mexicana

Ingredients

  • 1 can Vegeburger
  • 34 c diced green pepper
  • 34 c diced onion
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves diced
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 8 oz pkg thin noodles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 17 oz can cream-style corn
  • 12 c sliced black olives
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 8 oz can stewed tomatoes Mexican style
  • 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp paprika

Directions

  1. In large skillet brown burger onion pepper and garlic in oil
  2. Stir in salt corn olives tomatoes and sauce cheese and paprika
  3. Cook noodles as directed drain
  4. Combine noodle and burger mixture pour into 2 12-quart casserole
  5. Cover bake at 350 for 30 minutes
