NormaS Cinnamon Apple Kugel

Ingredients

• 4 eggs beaten
• 1 c dairy sour cream
• 1 c small curd cottage cheese
• 1 c raisins
• 12 c sugar
• 6 Tbsp butter melted
• 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp Lawrys Special Edition Cinnamon Apple Sprinkle
• 1 tsp Becks vanilla
• 8 oz egg noodles cooked drained and kept warm
• 1 12 c cornflakes crushed
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp butter melted
• 1 tsp Lawrys Special Edition Cinnamon Apple Sprinkle

Directions

1. In large bowl combine eggs sour cream cottage cheese raisins 12 cup sugar butter brown sugar 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Apple Sprinkle and vanilla blend well
2. Fold warm noodles into egg mixture until well coated
