Ingredients
- 1 c scalded milk
- 13 c sugar
- 13 c shortening
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1 packet yeast dissolved in 12 c warm water and 2 tsp sugar
- about 4 12 c flour
Directions
- Mix milk sugar salt and shortening
- Cool to lukewarm
- Add eggs and yeast mixture
- Stir in flour
- Refrigerate overnight Roll out dough
- Cut or shape as desired
- Let rise at least an hour
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350
