Norway Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 12 cup cracker crumbs
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp ginger
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Make into meatballs and brown in butter
- Simmer 1 hour
- Make water gravy
- Serve over rice or noodles
