Not At Home Stew

Ingredients

• 2 lb boneless set meat
• 5 to 6 peeled and cut potatoes
• 5 to 6 peeled and cut carrots
• 2 peeled and cut onions
• 4 stalks cut celery
• 13 c instant tapioca
• seasonings
• tomato sauce to cover

Directions

1. Into a very large casserole put layers of boneless stew meat cut up potatoes onions celery seasonings and 13 cup of instant tapioca
2. Add enough tomato sauce to cover
3. Put on lid
4. Bake at 300 for 4 to 6 hours
5. Makes a rich thick and brown gravy
