Not Just Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 large baking potatoes
- 2 to 3 green onions
- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- garlic salt or powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter or margarine to taste
Directions
- Wash potatoes
- Cut lengthwise wedge across top of potatoes 1-inch wide and 1-inch deep
- Remove wedge
- Place bacon and green onions in corner of wedge
- Add butter
- Replace wedge and wrap in foil
- Bake at 400 for 1 hour or until potato is done
