Nut Cookies
Ingredients
- 14 lb butter
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c white sugar
- 12 c flour
- 1 egg
- 14 lb pecans cut fine
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add egg then flour sifted then the nut meats cut fine
- Drop onto greased cookie sheet with teaspoon
- Bake in moderate oven 350 cook quickly
- Yields 50 cookies
