Nut Fingers
Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter room temperature
- 34 c powdered sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 4 tsp water
- 4 c sifted flour
- 2 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Cream butter Add sugar and other ingredients in order given When thoroughly mixed mold and shape into fingers about the size of pecans Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned Roll in powdered sugar when cool Be sure to mix pecans in by hand Makes about 7 dozen
