Nut Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 2 c scalded milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 34 c sugar
- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 egg whites stiffly beaten
- 2 sq chocolate melted
Directions
- Mix bread crumbs milk butter nuts salt egg yolks sugar chocolate and lemon
- Fold in the egg whites and pour into a buttered mold
- Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes
