Nuts Over Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 12 c shortening
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped black walnuts
Directions
- Beat butter and shortening at medium speed with an electric mixer about 2 minutes or until soft and creamy
- Gradually add sugar beating at medium speed for 5 to 7 minutes
- Add eggs one at a time beating just until yellow disappears
