Nutty Muffins

• 12 c whole bran cereal
• 34 c all-purpose flour
• 13 c sugar
• 1 12 tsp double-acting baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 34 c milk
• 3 Tbsp salad oil
• 2 Tbsp shredded orange peel
• 13 c sugar
• 12 c chopped nuts
