Oat Bran Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 1 c whole wheat pie and pastry flour
• 12 c oat bran
• 14 tsp safflower or canola oil
• 3 Tbsp lemon-lime soda

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients and roll or press in pie pan Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees
