Oatmeal-Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c shortening or 2 sticks oleo
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 34 tsp salt
- 2 to 3 c oats
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- nuts optional
Directions
- In large bowl mix all ingredients together one at a time Shape into cookies and bake at 375 until light brown
- Dont overcook
