Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c oats
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 13 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix oats and margarine with 1 14 cups of boiling water and let stand 20 minutes
2. In separate bowl mix the other ingredients then mix with the oatmeal margarine and water mixture
3. Mix well and pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch cake pan Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
