Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c 3 Minute oats uncooked
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 14 c boiling water
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 13 c sifted flour
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp soda
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Pour boiling water over oleo and oats
2. Let stand for 15 minutes
3. Sift dry ingredients together and mix oatmeal mixture and eggs
4. Bake in 8 x 8-inch pan at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
