Oatmeal Caramelitas

Ingredients
- 8 oz light caramels
- 5 Tbsp light cream or evaporated milk
- 1 c flour
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c oats
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c melted butter
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 12 c walnuts chopped
- 12 c coconut optional
